This gap training will be undertaken as part of your initial trade training.Īpplicants who hold a Certificate III in Automotive Mechanical Technology (Heavy Road Transport) are considered for qualified entry. The LOO will detail any competency gap training required to be qualified. The Recognition of Prior Learning/Recognition of Current Competencies process will be completed prior to a Letter of Offer (LOO) being sent. Subsequent postings can be to various locations and units throughout Australia. Initial postings are usually to large Combat Service Support Battalions (CSSB) located in Brisbane, Darwin, Adelaide and Townsville.
